Apartments

Using our experience in renting apartments and above all, with respect to our guests, we rent three apartments in a luxurious building to meet the highest holiday needs of every demanding customer.

Our Apartments, consists of:

  • Spacious rooms, positioned in the ground level for 4 or 5 member families.
  • Apartments provide spacious terraces over watching the yard.
  • Tastefully decorated rooms, with king size double bed - anatomic mattresses in the bedrooms, large single beds in the living rooms and, of course, the latest technology air-conditions are available in every room of the apartments.
  • Walls and ceilings insulation meets soundproof standards to provide privacy and comfort.
  • Spacious kitchens containing all necessary appliances with a large fridge, stove - grill and WC shower with washing mashine.
  • Private or "on-site" parking area available for all apartments.
  • Large yard with kiosk.
  • Free WiFi and 24/7 surveillance cameras monitoring the parking - public areas and perimeter. 

 Sera-Nata Apartments are positioned in a quite area in the center of Nikiti, Halkidiki.  It is situated 400m from the town's marina, only five minutes walking distance from the closest organized beach, while the post office, a pharmacy, bakery, super markets and Nikiti's main road are only a short distance away.
